To show our gratefulness for the dedication and support of our local introducing brokers, PhillipCapital hosted an appreciation dinner at Goose Island Brewery in September. In addition to the food and free flowing beer, we also enjoyed a behind the scenes brewery tour by led by Goose Island’s Master Brewer. Thierry Rabut of Sweet Futures brought down the house by asking the brewer who does their wheat hedging.
